Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with [New Method Apparel]. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will is already included  at checkout. We offer the following shipping option within the contiguous United States:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24] hours. You can track your package directly on our Order Tracking Page.

We currently [do ] ship internationally. If we do, please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

[New Method Apparel] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipment carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
