RETURN POLICY
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@newmethodapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@newmethodapparel.com with photos of the item and your order number so we can make it right.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is free of cost to the customer. On request we will provide a trackable shipping service, so we can guarantee receipt of your returned item.
